A really shit pun

How do I even begin to explain just how bad this pun is? Found in a headline:

Peter Siddle can't wait to axe the part

It is, of course, referring to his background in woodchopping.

I know.

And all they had to do was ask me. Init Ames?

In fact, I'm sure they'd be willing to take you on just to write very witty headlines for them.

What's happened to you? Did you bang your head?

...not only "witty" but "very witty"? Wow.

Can I just make it clear to everyone that I haven't paid you, threatened you or offered you any goods or services....this time. Thanks

By the way. I thought of a new one for your post titled "f**k"....the AB and Ampie du Preez one.

Ready for it?

It's an AB CD. Get it? Hehehehehe (sorry)

Can't believe I missed that before!

Stani, how are you not the greatest journalist of all time? ;)

Because Amy is Es.

Ahhhhhhhhhh, so sweet. I know, I know.

(Are you taking the piss out of me too Es? I'll disappear one day. You'll miss me then won't you?)

Not anymore, Stani. Changed jobs completely, doing PR work with K Rudd's close staff. They wanted someone with connections to the media, how great is that?

I actually like the AB CD pun. I will use it someday.

Royalties love, royalties...or at least remember me when you use them.

You'll always be a journalist Ames. Once you become a journalist, you cannot be anything else. You may do something else for a while but you'll always be a journalist. You're just one of those people, it's just one of those jobs. It is, and you are.

Stani honey, I never take the piss :) You won't disappear.

So you're keeping K Rudd in our good books Amy?

:O)

No, I may just be over journalism. Almost.

As for KRudd, do you mean I'm keeping us in his good books? Because yes, I am. Otherwise, I was interested to find out Malcolm Turnbull is a rather nice man when you meet him. Very intelligent, the kind of man you'd want as Prime Minister if it weren't for his mood swings.
