It's not how you drive, it's how you arrive

Just checking up on the popularity poll on SuperSport, which I do believe Albie has no chance of winning whatsoever (nor does Duminy, so there goes my interest in that), I noticed an article about ROFL. It's a good day for him on this blog.

The article mostly has stuff I already know, but at the end, there's a quote from the presentation ceremony after the T20 against Australia which ROFL won MoM for. I cannot believe I missed this when it was shown. I must have been asleep. But it's pretty damn funny. ROFL talks about his crazy as fuck batting style:

"It's not how you drive, it's how you arrive."
Marvellous, says Richie.

Arriving in style.

I marvel at his hilarity. Such stand-up has not been seen in the cricketing world since Colin Miller's hair.

I like Rolfie, I hope he keeps not watching the ball when he goes for his shots. Just found out that Albie's having a baby. It is due in December.

And it's a boy too. I hope it turns out to be a girl, just to surprise him. Then he'd have to pretend he really wants a girl even though we all know he's an evil bastard who just wants to have many sons.

I think Albie will be happy even if its a girl. He will still call her Albie though.

Well I still think Albie is a better nickname for Albertus. Trust me the others are ...yuck...
