I might temporarily be in love with the English team, or at least one player.
In cricket, what is sexier than a hat-trick? Nothing. Not even triple centuries, I'm sorry to say.
Okay, well, that last one might count, but a hat-trick trumps all. It's the diamond standard of sexy cricket.
Flintoff became the 3rd Englishman to score a hat-trick, taking the wickets of Denesh Ramdin, Ravi Rampaul and Sulieman Benn. He ended up with figures of 5/19. KP hit 48 off 48 balls too, but I don't really care.
England have now won the ODI series 3-2. What a joke. It really should be 2-3, but cricket's cricket and you don't get second chances after screwing up reading a table. This should be a confidence booster going into the Ashes tournament. You know, if Australia doesn't display marvellous feats of athleticism against Pakistan which scares the crap out of England.
