Amy, blame me. I had posted in Leela's blog that this match was fast getting into Amy's dream come true - after AB dropped Gilly, that is - how was I to know that Adam's boys will choke.
I also feel Shane Warne is behind this. Remember how he held back KingKong Pathan in the match against DC, and Gilly had plenty to say about that tactic as a high-risk one? I think sub-consciously, Gilly digged it, and yesterday, he held back Dwayne Smith in a tactic similar to what Warne had done the other day against him. And it backfired, just as Gilly predicted that it could. Basically, Gilly has proven his point that he made that day about such tactics not being fool-proof :-)
See, even when he is out injured, and not even in the same ground, Warne can influence matches. So, dont think that the trophy is in the bag for CSK now that Warne is out injured. He will find a way to voodoo everyone else and take the trophy to Shetty Ma'am, whom apparently he hasnt managed to text-bag yet. The trophy is probably is only way to that - and he is gonna get it.
